Recipes on Rotation

Hi Reader,

The school year just began and I already feel in a dinner rut. But I'm motivated by being in routine again to shake things up a little.

September always feels like a natural reset. New routines, new schedules, new school-year energy. Why not give our dinner rotation a little refresh, too?

I pulled together a handful of new dinners to swap into the mix. These recipes are easy enough for a weeknight but exciting enough to make you feel like you actually had an idea for dinner.

Loaded Sweet Potato Nachos

These easy sweet potato nachos are loaded with healthy ingredients like black beans, corn and avocado. Add taco meat from ground beef or ground turkey on top for extra protein and an easy dinner!

Lemon Chicken Gnocchi (Dump & Bake)

Creamy chicken and gnocchi is the ultimate cozy, one-pan meal with tender bites of chicken and pillowy gnocchi smothered in a rich, garlicky cream sauce. Ready in 30 minutes, it’s a weeknight dinner win. So easy, you’ll want to make it again and again!
